The Master Black Belt as a professional is mostly an enterprise change management leader responsible for the overall management of organization improvement initiatives. Master black belts usually devote 100% of their time to Six Sigma. They mainly focus on Six Sigma project execution, leading and supervision of Black Belts who are working on separate projects.

It is strongly recommended that you hold a valid Six Sigma Black Belt certification through the Institute of Management and Strategy or receive equivalent training or experience from another organization.
